GRADUATE: Elon University School of Law, Greensboro, North Carolina, Juris Doctor, cum laude, 2010. Elon Law Review, member, 2010.

 

LICENSING AND ADMISSIONS:  Admitted in all North Carolina State courts and the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Federal Court in North Carolina, and Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. NCDRC Certified Superior Court Mediator.

 

EXPERIENCE:  Camilla focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation and employment law litigation (Title VII and discrimination claims, etc.) in state and federal courts. She also works on cases regarding insurance coverage analysis, arbitration including underinsured and uninsured motorist arbitrations, premises liability, civil rights defense (1983 claims and ADA Title III) and complex litigation. She was a coach for the Elon Law School Mock Trial Team 2011-2014, and previously an Elon Law School Preceptor.
