EDUCATION:  UNDERGRADUATE: North Carolina State University, 2011.

 

Graduate: Elon University School of Law, 2014, cum laude, Mock Trial Team Member 2012-2014.

 

LICENSING AND ADMISSIONS: Admitted in North Carolina State Court and Federal Court in the Middle District of North Carolina.

 

EXPERIENCE:  Mallory joined the firm in September 2014, practicing primarily in insurance defense litigation. She has expanded her practice into Federal Court matters, complex litigation, and estate litigation matters. She also works with families in need of guardianship over  a family member and other estate matters.
