EDUCATION: UNDERGRADUATE: North Carolina State University; 1974 Graduate; B.A. with Honors. Dean’s List 1970-1974.

 

GRADUATE: North Carolina State University; M.A. 1978, Phi Kappa Phi. University of North Carolina School of Law; J.D. with Honors 1986.

 

LICENSING AND ADMISSIONS: North Carolina. Admitted to Practice in North Carolina State Court and Middle District of Federal Court of North Carolina.

 

EXPERIENCE:  Mike began his law career at the law firm of Tuggle Duggins, and Meschan in Greensboro. He was employed there from 1986 through 1991 as an associate, becoming a partner with Tuggle Duggins in 1991. He left Tuggle Duggins in 1994 to join TRSFH. Mike has successful trial experience in both District and Superior Courts, mostly in the field of personal injury defense and general litigation, in several Piedmont counties of North Carolina.  Also has considerable experience in Workers’ Compensations settlement agreements across the state.
