LICENSING AND ADMISSIONS: North Carolina. Admitted to practice in North Carolina State Courts and the Western and Middle Districts of Federal Court of North Carolina. 

 

EXPERIENCE: Practicing since 1983 in the field of Insurance Defense and Business Litigation, first as an associate and then as a partner in the firm of Henson, Henson, Bayliss and Teague, then as Senior Partner of Teague, Rotenstreich and Stanaland, L.L.P. AV Preeminent ® rating by Martindale Hubbell. Have represented plaintiffs and defendants in all types of litigation, and have successfully litigated cases in Guilford County, Forsyth County, Davidson County, Durham County, Wake County, Cumberland County (Fayetteville), Yadkin County, Buncombe County (Asheville), Randolph County, Mecklenburg County (Charlotte), Alamance County, Montgomery County, Gaston County and Moore County, Caswell County, Person County, Alleghany County and Ashe County.
