Terence B. Stanaland

 

UNDERGRADUATE: East Carolina University, Magna Cum Laude, Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

 

GRADUATE: University of Florida School of Law; J.D. Member of the Order of the Barristers and successful competitor on the National Moot Court Team.

 

LICENSING AND ADMISSIONS: North Carolina.

 

EXPERIENCE:  An experienced Attorney and Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the North Carolina, Florida and Greensboro Bar Associations. He is a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and is a licensed CPA in Florida.  He earned his Chartered Financial Consulant designation in 1988.  Mr. Stanaland is a frequent lecturer and author on estate planning, financial and tax topics and has served on the Board of Directors of several financial and charitable organizations. He previously enjoyed  a career in broadcasting as the former co-host of a syndicated radio talk show. Mr. Stanaland regularly consults with insurance companies and brokerage houses on technical tax matters involving financial products and services.
